Lead AI Product Manager (United Kingdom / Portugal)

The role

• You own the AI product strategy and roadmap — from identifying use cases that solve real pain points for gig workers to shipping features that drive adoption and retention.
• You work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data to translate AI capabilities into product experiences that scale across UK and Portugal markets.
• You lead a small team of product managers, mentoring them on AI product thinking and supporting their execution on core pillars.

What they are looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML product initiatives or working hands-on with LLM-powered features.
• Deep understanding of insurance, financial services, or regulated B2C/B2B2C products — you've shipped compliant products before.
• Proven track record managing teams, owning strategy, and influencing cross-functional partners without formal authority when needed.
• Comfort working in regulated environments and understanding the constraints AI faces in FinTech.
