WorkInProduct.eu is a Europe-focused, privacy-first job board for product people. It features roles at European companies and remote opportunities open to people based in Europe, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
The job board covers a wide range of product management roles, from associate Product Owner and Product Manager positions to Head of Product roles.
Privacy first
My mission is to keep WorkInProduct privacy-first. This site is built for job seekers, not recruiters. Core infrastructure and data are hosted in the EU. There are no tracking cookies, and your data is never sold.
Everything, including the website, search engine, and identity and access management, runs on my own servers. You can choose to sign in with Google, but only when you initiate it yourself.
Why I built it
I created WorkInProduct in early 2026, amid the “SaaSpocalypse,” an extremely unstable geopolitical climate, and the rapid rise of AI coding tools. At the same time, it became painfully clear how many European businesses and public institutions depend on services operated outside Europe.
WorkInProduct is my small contribution towards a more independent European technology ecosystem, and a better way for product people to find meaningful work.
