The role

  • You own the product strategy and roadmap for Vinted Pay — a fintech wallet processing billions of euros across Europe.
  • Your first major challenge: build a fully automated reporting product that lets senior leaders customise and adapt to regulatory requirements.
  • You work within a product engineering team, collaborating with legal, finance, other product teams, and third-party providers.
  • You are accountable for end-to-end success through OKRs, from discovery and scoping to pre/post-launch execution.
  • You focus primarily on backend services and capabilities, balancing business value with cost and technical debt.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, specifically building complex reporting products.
  • Technical background in software development, data analytics, or engineering — able to engage deeply with backend systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering through a full product lifecycle, including integrating user feedback and driving prioritisation.
  • Data-driven decision-maker who can translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams including legal and finance.
