Product Manager, Marketplace Payments

The role

• Set product strategy and roadmap for fraud management and payments trust systems, collaborating across product, engineering, legal, and security teams.
• Make end-to-end tradeoff decisions using the OKR framework to deliver value to millions of buyers and sellers across 20+ European markets.
• Drive rigorous product discovery, stakeholder alignment, and pre/post-launch execution for technical payment solutions at scale.
• Tackle ambitious problems balancing product development with technical debt in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.

What they are looking for

• Proven track record delivering technical products through their full lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, execution, and launch.
• Deep understanding of payments domain (fraud management is a plus; compliance and regulatory knowledge valued).
• Ability to operate across varying abstractions: translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into actionable product iterations.
• Data-driven mindset: use research, market analysis, and user feedback to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
