The role
- Own a key product domain (Help Experience or Revenue) end-to-end, setting vision, strategy, and team objectives for short and long-term impact.
- Drive discovery and prioritisation: conduct rigorous product research, identify customer needs and market trends, and scope solutions with clear trade-off analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Research, Analytics, and Engineering to align on roadmaps, execute delivery, and iterate based on data and A/B testing learnings.
- Manage the full product development lifecycle: plan sprints, oversee execution, be accountable for shipping high-quality, impactful products that improve user experience and business metrics.
- Make data-driven, strategic decisions using frameworks that treat strategy as testable hypotheses, adapting quickly when learnings emerge.

- Proven product management experience across the full lifecycle: discovery, prioritisation, hypothesis-driven experiments, pre- and post-launch iteration, and feedback integration.
- Strong analytical mindset: skilled at defining success metrics, interpreting product usage data, and using A/B testing insights to drive decisions.
- Strategic thinker who balances product progress with technical debt and understands technology trade-offs and risks.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) who translates complex concepts into actionable iterations and articulates trade-offs to teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for second-hand and sustainability; fast learner, critical thinker, adaptable and open-minded.
