The role
- Own the multi-year product roadmap for Vinted's advertising ecosystem, translating strategy into product priorities and working hands-on across the product.
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day product decisions and tradeoffs.
- Unlock new advertising frontiers: lead exploration and rollout of new ad products, from internal network enhancements to data-driven solutions and self-serve capabilities.
- Champion personalized matching logic to ensure right users see right ads at right frequency while protecting core marketplace health.
- Partner closely with the Ads business leader to align product roadmap with commercial strategy and revenue targets.
What they are looking for
- Deep AdTech experience: you've built and scaled advertising technologies (internal networks, auction dynamics, prediction algorithms, targeting engines).
- B2B product sense: you understand advertiser needs, agency relationships, and how commercial feedback loops inform product decisions.
- Systems thinking: you grasp multi-sided marketplace economics, work with incomplete information, and set decision frameworks enabling high velocity.
- Hands-on product leader: you understand how products are built, collaborate across business, analytics, engineering, privacy, and can execute end-to-end.
- Experienced team builder: you can scale a product organization while remaining individually effective.
