Product Owner Flex

The role

• You own the roadmap for enabling and executing flexibility monetization across green assets like batteries and co-located setups, balancing market opportunities with technical feasibility.
• You bridge complex energy market dynamics and software engineering, working closely with your Team Lead to slice epics into deliverable value while maintaining system health.
• You define KPIs, track performance, enable new trading strategies (aFRR, congestion markets), and pivot based on real-world data insights.
• You report to the Head of Product, collaborating across Producer Product teams to align collective "Green Power" strategy.
• You mentor junior team members and help refine the team's agile ways of working.

What they are looking for

• 4+ years as Product Owner in technical or digital product environments with proven data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in both business and technical language: comfortable debating trading strategies and system architecture in the same day.
• Ability to weigh technical trade-offs and understand their impact on asset performance and risk.
• Experience with or genuine understanding of energy markets, flexibility systems, and how digital products interact with trading.
• Strong stakeholder communication: articulate complex visions to senior leaders and create alignment across competing interests.
