As posted by TicketSwap

At TicketSwap, we’re on a mission to become the world’s favourite marketplace for safely buying and selling tickets. With over 19 million fans across 42 countries, we bring fans and experiences together, enabling fans to go to more events they love and helping organisers build lasting success.

But a great marketplace isn’t just about the first purchase. It’s about what happens next.

We’re looking for a Product Manager – Fan Reactivation to help us turn first-time buyers into returning fans. Are you ready to shape how TicketSwap becomes not just a transaction platform, but a personalized discovery experience fans come back to again and again?

What You’ll Do

As Product Manager for Fan Reactivation, you’ll focus on the journey after a fan’s first purchase (1 → N). Your mission: build habits, increase repeat purchases, and make recommendations feel genuinely helpful, not random.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team working at the intersection of product, data and engineering. A big part of your role is shaping and improving the systems behind personalisation and recommendation models, and translating them into real user value.

Your work will directly impact repeat purchase rates and the percentage of purchases driven by recommendations.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Shape the Fan Reactivation roadmap: set the direction and drive repeat purchase as the north star outcome across discovery, engagement, and retention

  • Lead initiatives end-to-end: from spotting an opportunity and validating a hypothesis, to shipping and learning. You won't hand things off; you'll see them through together with a full-stack team across UX and Engineering

  • Be the connective tissue of your 3 amigos: work shoulder-to-shoulder with your Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, and Designer to turn ambiguity into clarity and ideas into outcomes

  • Define the personalisation and recommendations strategy: shape how TicketSwap surfaces the right event to the right fan, across web and mobile, in ways they actually notice and trust.

  • Turn data and models into product experiences: collaborate with Data, ML and Performance Marketing to sharpen ML and ranking logic, then translate those capabilities into intuitive, fan-facing experiences

  • Design and run experiments that teach you something: test algorithms, engagement loops, and re-engagement mechanics with rigour. Build on what works; kill what doesn't.

  • Use insight to find the next opportunity: blend quantitative signals and qualitative research to uncover what drives (or breaks) repeat behaviour and habit formation.

  • Bridge teams, amplify learning: partner with the Buyer Experience team to ensure maximized impact and communicate trade-offs and impact clearly to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership.

About You

We’re looking for someone who gets excited about both systems and experiences, and knows how to connect the two.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional, Agile teams

  • Experience working on personalisation, recommendations, growth, or engagement products in a marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer platform.

  • Excited about partnering with Data and Machine Learning Engineers and comfortable working with recommendation models

  • Strong experimentation skills: you’re comfortable defining hypotheses, running A/B tests, and interpreting results.

  • A data-informed mindset with a structured approach to prioritisation.

  • You balance business impact with user trust and clarity.

  • Clear communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excited to leverage AI to accelerate product discovery, improve decision-making, and identify opportunities to enhance personalization and fan engagement.

  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable challenging assumptions

  • You currently have the legal right to work in the Netherlands and do not require TicketSwap to initiate a new visa sponsorship process for you

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Join a passionate, international team of event lovers

  • Lead a highly visible domain that directly drives company-level growth

  • Work in an experimentation-driven product culture where ideas are tested, not assumed

  • Flexible, hybrid working from our Amsterdam HQ, we support you in finding a rhythm that works

  • Collaborate in a supportive environment where good ideas win, regardless where they come from

  • Help shape TicketSwap into a discovery platform fans genuinely love coming back to

Practical Details

  • Full-time role.

  • Hybrid setup from our Amsterdam HQ.

  • You must be based in the Netherlands, have an EU passport, or hold a valid work visa. Relocation is not provided.

  • Starting date: 1st of June ‘26

Excited and ready to join our awesome team?

At TicketSwap, we welcome talent from all backgrounds, no matter your nationality, gender, sexual preference, or religious beliefs. 🚀

📩 Apply now and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
