Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically grounded Product Manager to help shape the future of the TeamViewer Platform Services domain. You will drive shared services and platform capabilities that can serve all TeamViewer product lines, enabling teams to build consistent, scalable solutions for customer needs across the portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying common requirements across customer groups as well as from other development teams, turning complex functionality into easy-to-use and efficient workflows, and building solutions that scale from individual users all the way up to millions of devices.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Understand shared customer needs across segments and translate them into reusable platform services.

  • Define clear product requirements based on customer, product, and internal team insights.

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define the vision, strategy, and narrative for TeamViewer Platform Services.

  • Own a cross-product roadmap for scalable shared services.

Product Discovery & Decision-Making

  • Lead discovery to identify common patterns and scalable platform opportunities.

  • Use data, analytics, and experiments to prioritize work and validate outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, data/AI, security, operations, and go-to-market teams.

  • Align stakeholders around reusable, scalable, and easy-to-adopt solutions.

Execution & Delivery Excellence

  • Define detailed requirements and drive timely roadmap delivery.

  • Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, usability, and enterprise-grade quality.

  • Track KPIs and support launch readiness, enablement, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a comparable field.

  • Proven experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS products, platforms, or shared services.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including working with analytics, telemetry, dashboards, and quantitative evaluation methods to prioritize efforts and guide decisions.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to understand other teams’ requirements and constraints and work jointly toward strong customer outcomes.

  • Experience working with agile scrum teams to manage a backlog, track progress, and ship high-quality outcomes in a timely manner.

  • Good sense for how complex functionality can be presented through easy-to-use, efficient workflows that work across different product contexts and customer sizes.

  • Ability to represent the product and domain confidently both internally and externally.

  • Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives.

  • Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
