We are looking for a Junior Product Owner who communicates well and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will help drive the creation of software products across our delivery portfolio: robotics, manufacturing, consumer electronics. You will work alongside senior product managers, engineering teams, UX, and client stakeholders. The role is hands-on and product-lifecycle-focused: you turn client needs and business goals into clear, prioritized, buildable work, and you help the team ship the right thing.

This is a growth role. You will own real product artifacts from day one (backlog, user stories, release notes, demo prep) and take on client-facing work progressively as you build domain and stakeholder skills.

Requirements

  • based in Szczecin, Wrocław or Warsaw

  • 1+ year of experience in product or project management

  • Familiar with software product lifecycle

  • Very good English communication skills (B2/C1)

  • Open to AI: hands-on familiarity with AI assistants

  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills: you can explain technical topics to non-technical people and business context to engineers.

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving clarity out of ambiguity.

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to any of our domains: robotics, manufacturing or consumer electronics.

What you will do

  • Backlog management. Own and maintain the product backlog day-to-day: write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, keep items prioritized against product goals, and prepare planning inputs together with the engineering team.

  • Requirements and specs. Translate client and business needs into clear product requirements. Document scope, edge cases, and assumptions so engineering can estimate and build without guesswork.

  • Client meetings (with guidance). Join meetings with client business and engineering stakeholders. Prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, and follow up. Take a lead role on selected topics as you grow, under mentorship of a senior PM.

  • Presentations and demos. Build product presentations, product prototypes, product demo, and status updates for both technical and non-technical audiences. Adapt the message to the audience.

  • Discovery support. Help run product discovery: competitor and market scans, user/stakeholder interviews, and synthesis into product decisions.

  • Delivery coordination. Track progress, surface risks and dependencies early, and keep stakeholders aligned on what is shipping and when.

  • Work with AI tools daily. Use AI assistants across your PM workflow to work faster and better
