Senior Product Manager

The role

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for InP photonic integration technologies across telecom, datacom, and emerging markets (automotive LiDAR, structural health monitoring, biomedical).
• Translate customer applications and system requirements into product specifications, functional specs, and PIC building blocks that guide R&D and Engineering execution.
• Serve as the key interface between customers, R&D, and engineering—aligning market needs with technology capabilities and influencing both internal and customer roadmaps.
• Drive new customer engagement, build collaborative relationships, and expand adoption through deep understanding of optical communication systems (coherent, IMDD) and pure-foundry models.
• Conduct competitive analysis, integrate market insights and customer feedback into positioning, and identify strategic priorities that shape long-term business objectives.

What they are looking for

• 7+ years in photonics, semiconductor, sensing, or telecom—with proven experience bridging technology and business strategy.
• Deep understanding of customer applications in telecom and datacom; familiarity with emerging areas (automotive LiDAR, structural health monitoring, biomedical) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with integrated photonics technologies, pure-play foundry models, PDK concepts, and EPDA tool ecosystems.
• Strong cross-functional influencer who builds trust with engineering, R&D, sales, and customers; thrives in complex, matrix environments.
• Data-driven strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex photonic technologies into compelling product strategies and value propositions.
