As the Principal Product Owner for AI Platform, you will play a central role in turning our AI strategy into impact and help us realize the value of AI at scale. 

The future of investment operations will be agentic. At SimCorp, we’re building the platform foundation for AI agents across SimCorp, partners, and clients to collaborate in a coordinated and governed manner.  

You will lead a cross-functional team across Product, Engineering and Architecture to build the best-in-class AI platform capabilities including multi-agent orchestration and evaluation, and accelerate adoption by cultivating strong partnerships with colleagues across Applications, Platform, and Operations. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 

• Developing and maintaining the AI platform product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on internal strategic alignment, external market insights, customer and partner feedback 

• Managing the AI platform product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined, prioritized, and actionable for development teams 

• Leading product development and client adoption of SimCorp’s agentic AI platform, in collaboration with Engineering, Architecture and Product Management 

• Leading product development and internal adoption of SimCorp’s common AI tech stack, in collaboration with AI development teams across the organization 

• Representing the company as an AI thought leader, speaking at external events and effectively engaging in client discussions

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, and business units

• Experience in building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving technology adoption at scale
