You act as the primary management representative during off-shifts and weekends, serving as initial Incident Commander during emergency response.
You directly supervise assigned Chemical Operators, managing their staffing, training, attendance, and performance while coordinating time off requests and vacation coverage.

3–5 years of hands-on experience with chemical process unit operations in pharmaceutical or fine chemical manufacturing.
Four-year degree in life or physical sciences, engineering, or equivalent technical field (or equivalent related experience).
Strong supervisory and coaching skills with ability to build and motivate high-performing teams; excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication.
Deep knowledge of cGMP regulations for active pharmaceutical ingredients and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S).
