Senior Product Manager - Credit

About us

Traditional banking has never really given you control over your financial life. Satispay exists to change that: to empower people through finance. That means making financial services easy and accessible for over 6.5M users. We started with payments, then benefits, investing, cards... and we’re not done. Not even close. We follow the same logic every time: find a real problem, solve it properly, then look for the next one. The destination? To build the most loved financial platform in the world. If you own outcomes rather than tasks, stay close to what users need, and refuse to wait for someone else to fix what's broken — you'll find people here who work exactly in the same way. And together, you'll build something worth being proud of.

What you'll be doing

As our Senior Product Manager - Credit, you'll take full ownership of our Credit business line within the Features & Payment domain, focusing on innovative solutions such as Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) to build and scale financial products for millions of users. Here's what that looks like in practice:

  • New Business Line Leadership – Drive the strategy and execution for BNPL products, taking features from 0 to 1 and managing their scaling phase.

  • Consumer-Facing Experience – Focus on the UX and customer-facing side of credit, ensuring complex financial tools are intuitive, transparent, and seamlessly integrated into Satispay.

  • Cross-functional Alignment – Act as a strategic orchestrator across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud to align priorities around a shared product vision.

  • Product Definition & Documentation – Write clear user stories and requirements for Engineering, aligning frontend experiences with backend logic such as credit scoring and collection.

  • Data-Driven Optimization – Analyze product usage and performance metrics to optimize credit features and uncover new market opportunities.

  • Process Evangelism & Mentorship – Advocate for thorough documentation and efficient workflows to help the team anticipate obstacles and ensure smooth product delivery.

Who we're looking for

This role needs someone with the resilience to build a new business pillar and a problem-solving mindset focused on team-driven success.

  • Product Experience – 5+ years as a Product Manager, including at least 3 years specifically within the Credit domain.

  • Launch & Growth Track Record – Proven experience launching products from scratch and scaling them through growth phases.

  • Financial & Analytical Skills – Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and overall financial mechanics.

  • Stakeholder Management – Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance).

  • Language Skills – Professional fluency in English.

Don't worry if you don't tick every box. We believe in the power of different viewpoints and strengths. Your unique perspective is important as we build something special: if you're passionate and can make a difference, we truly encourage you to apply.
