Working student, Product Management unit

The Working Student will be responsible to take over day to day support activities in the Product Management deparment. The goal is to be a very well established support for permanent employees and to act as a sought after backup.

Working student

For Sartorius Liquid Handling Oy at our site in Helsinki, Finland, we are seeking a working student to support us in our Liquid handling business at Product Management unit. Your major tasks will be to

• Support Liquid Handling Product Managers carry out day-to-day tasks, such as market research collection, coordinating engineering change requests, replying to queries and product digital infrastructure maintenance
• Learn about the portfolio technologies to support with basic technical, product and quality queries

As a working student, you will benefit twice over: You will gain important professional experience while you earn some extra income aside from continuing your studies. Working 20 hours a week will enable you to still focus most of your time on your studies. After onboarding, there is high flexibility to work remotely and set your own schedules. This role is the perfect opportunity for those looking to enter technical product management within the growing and critical life science and biotechnology markets. What you will accomplish together with us

• Support us in Product Management
• Collection of Basic Market Intel
• Coordination of document update activities (e.g. certificates, manuals, presentations, packaging, labeling, etc.)
• Communicate with internal stakeholders. e.g. operations/manufacturing, sourcing, packaging dept., quality, product management and product development
• Support in SAP Workflow
• Support in Product Asset Management
• Gain initial experience in a product management career

What will convince us

• You are studying in the field of life science, marketing, business or engineering
• You have basic practical experience in the Life Science and/or marketing field
• You are able to work diligently and structured
• Your skills in communication & presentation are good
• Capable of working in international teams (virtually)
• You are good at using Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent English skills, Finnish/Swedish skills are appreciated
