What you’ll build

 

 

Join our empowered product team working on SAP Commerce Cloud, cloud ERP edition. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to identify real problems worth solving, partner with engineering, UX, and data science to design and build solutions, and help deliver impactful outcomes within our empowered product team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer discovery efforts to identify pain points and validate product assumptions for SAP Commerce Cloud, cloud ERP edition
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and architecture teams to build and iterate on solutions
• Assist in defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on customer needs and business objectives
• Help champion user-centered design and data-driven decisions through telemetry and feedback analysis
• Support internal and external stakeholders with demos, enablement content, and product insights
• Contribute to continuous improvement through iterative development and outcome-based planning

 

 

What you bring

 

 

• Graduate (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied science
• Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related field
• Interest in or experience with cloud platforms, SaaS environments, or e-commerce technologies
• Language skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal); German is a plus
• Soft skills: Customer-first mindset, collaborative team player, strong communication skills, analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a global, cross-functional environment

We work as an empowered product team, collaborating across engineering, UX, and product areas to deliver impactful outcomes for our customers.
