The role
- You support Robeco’s Regulation & Data team in Rotterdam, part of Global Product Management & Development.
- You maintain and update fund documentation, especially prospectuses for Robeco’s Irish ETFs.
- You manage fund filings and registrations across jurisdictions, from launches through liquidations.
- You help maintain the fund database and ensure product-related data stays accurate across platforms.
- You contribute to new ETF launches while learning the broader product management lifecycle.
What they are looking for
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- You bring around 6 years of experience, including at least 2 in prospectus management, product management, or legal counsel.
- You can draft and update legal documents, manage regulatory filings, and translate European regulation into product documentation.
- You are hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
- You communicate clearly in English and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
