Department Robeco’s Global Product Management & Development is hiring a product manager to partner with the team on day-to day activities, with a focus on the updating and maintaining of the fund documentation of Robeco’s Irish ETFs and supporting the data management responsibilities of team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to new ETF launches. Global Product Management & Development At Robeco, the Global Product Management & Development department is responsible for developing and managing Robeco’s products. The Global Product Management & Development department consists of approximately twenty international professionals, led by the Global Head of Product Management & Development and divided in five sub-teams. These teams are based in Rotterdam and Hong Kong and work closely together and are also encouraged to do so, and work with a broad range of in- and external stakeholders. The Regulation & Data team is one of the teams within Global Product Management & Development and is responsible for maintaining and updating fund documentation, including fund prospectuses, as well as managing filings and the registration of Robeco’s funds and associated documents across various jurisdictions. The team also analyses and implements regulatory changes and in addition is responsible for guiding the development and maintaining our fund ‘database’, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product-related data across various platforms. The Regulation & Data team is located in Rotterdam and consists of 6 product managers, including the Lead Regulation & Data. Position & Requirements The introduction of Robeco’s ETFs has brought substantial new responsibilities to the team, especially in updating and maintaining the prospectus and handling various aspects of launching new ETFs. We are seeking a Product Manager to assist our Regulation & Data team with its daily operations and especially with maintaining fund documentation for Robeco’s Irish ETFs and to support in the data management responsibilities of Global Product Management & Development. You will have a role that gives you a focus, while at the same time allowing you to develop yourself (further) as broad product manager and learning all facets of product management. You will have broad group of stakeholders that you interact with, both internal and external. Manage fund lifecycles, from the launch of a new product to the liquidation of products Maintain and update fund documentation, such as fund prospectuses, in particular for Robeco’s Irish ETFs. Manage fund related filings and registrations across various jurisdictions. Maintain and ensure integrity of product‑related data and the fund database Analyze and implement relevant regulatory changes Support day‑to‑day operations within the Regulation & Data team. For the role, we are looking for a hands-on and pro-active product manager with: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or a related field; Approximately 6 years of working experience, of which at least 2 years of experience in prospectus management, product management and/or within a legal counsel role; Proven ability to manage, draft and update legal documents and manage regulatory filings in line with jurisdictional requirements and/or a proven ability in structuring and efficiently organizing the collection, validation, and dissemination of product information; An understanding of the regulatory landscape Robeco operates in and capability of translating European regulations into product documentation; Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; Strong communication and drafting skills; Eye for detail without losing the bigger picture; Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines; Excellent English speaking and writing skills, Dutch is a plus.
