Product Owner (People Product)

The role

• You craft the strategic vision for Revolut People, an all-in-one HR, recruitment, and performance management platform for SMBs.
• You lead a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders to execute that vision.
• You own the full product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, growth, and maintenance — with complete accountability for outcomes.
• You partner closely with Design and UX to build exceptional user experiences aligned with employee and customer needs.
• You align product goals with broader business objectives across HR, recruitment, and internal operations teams.

What they are looking for

• 5+ years managing entire products, ideally in HR, performance management, recruitment, or related SaaS tools.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and fostering innovation within them.
• Strong product vision and strategy skills: you formulate focused visions and drive them relentlessly.
• High analytical rigor with business acumen to guide ROI-based prioritization decisions.
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS and enterprise tools, particularly in HR, recruitment, performance, or productivity domains.
