About the role
The IT&D Manager, Media Measurement is accountable for supporting the delivery, evolution, and scaling of Reckitt’s global media measurement capabilities. The role exists to translate product strategy into reliable, automated, and GenAI‑enabled outcomes, while progressively building ownership of stakeholders, execution, and specific product areas.
This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months.
Your responsibilities
Support Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution
- Support the Senior Product Manager in delivering the product vision and roadmap for global media measurement capabilities.
- Translate product direction into clear, prioritised requirements and delivery plans.
- Contribute to roadmap planning by identifying opportunities, dependencies, and trade‑offs. \
- Ensure day‑to‑day decisions remain aligned to long‑term scalability and consistency.
Drive Delivery & Measurement Automation
- Own delivery of defined measurement capabilities or workstreams.
- Drive automation that reduces manual configuration, execution, and validation effort.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint priorities, and release readiness.
- Ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, and suitable for global, business‑critical use.
Support GenAI‑Enabled Measurement Capabilities
- Support delivery of GenAI capabilities as part of core measurement workflows.
- Translate GenAI use cases into clear functional requirements, validation logic, and controls.
- Ensure outputs maintain transparency, explainability, and appropriate human oversight.
- Ensure compliance with Legal, Security, Privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
Partner, Influence & Grow Stakeholder Ownership
- Act as a day‑to‑day product partner to stakeholders across Insights & Analytics, Data‑Driven Media & Marketing, Markets, and Finance.
- Build trusted relationships through delivery quality and responsiveness.
- Support senior stakeholders in understanding product capabilities and constraints.
- Gradually take ownership of defined stakeholder groups or product components.
Support Transversal Product Foundations
- Act with a product‑line mindset, ensuring decisions support the wider Media and AdTech ecosystem.
- Champion reuse, consistency, and interoperability over local optimisation.
- Align with platform, data, and governance teams on shared standards and patterns.
Develop People & Product Ownership
- Line‑manage and develop a small team (e.g. Product Analysts or junior PMs), setting clear goals and priorities.
- Coach team members on structured thinking, delivery discipline, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrate increasing ownership for outcomes and delivery quality over time.
The experience we're looking for
- Product or delivery experience in data‑, analytics‑, or measurement‑led environments
- Strong comfort working with data scientists, engineers, and vendor teams
- Experience supporting automation and/or GenAI‑enabled capabilities
- Confidence translating complex analytical concepts into clear product requirements.
- Growing credibility with senior stakeholders
- A pragmatic mindset, resilience under pressure, and a bias for progress over perfection
