About the role

Please note that this is a fixed-term opportunity, with the contract currently anticipated to run until approximately March 2027

You’ll be responsible for assessing the market for the best Consumer care solutions, support the RfP process, Business Case, building the consumer care product’s short and long-term vision, strategy, and end-to-end value delivery across the full product’s lifecycle and its communication to maximises this value in line with business objectives.

You’re evangelical about technology and can articulate the benefits to both IT and non-technical colleagues alike. You listen carefully, building trust and simplifying complex topics. Your responsibilities

• Leading RfP/RfI processes, product planning, and coordination across complex, multicultural teams.
• Aligning short-term delivery plans with the product roadmap and strategic goals.
• Partnering with Change Management to drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation.
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and deliver maximum business value.
• Ensuring compliance with security, architecture, GxP, and Agile best practices.
• Defining and tracking KPIs and value metrics to measure product success and business outcomes.
• Driving continuous improvement through performance monitoring, user feedback, and adoption insights.
• Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and leadership.
• Coaching teams to focus on value-driven delivery and agile ways of working.
• Managing cross-application dependencies and vendor relationships.
• Facilitating workshops, gathering user feedback, and supporting product evolution.

The experience we're looking for

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across business, IT, and external partners.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent analytical, consulting, and communication skills.
• Experience in an IT & Digital leadership, Product Manager, or Product Owner role.
• Experience delivering results in complex IT programs and cross-functional environments.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Kanban.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and requirements management.
• Knowledge of Consumer Care platforms, processes, KPIs, and product performance metrics.
• Awareness of emerging technologies, market trends, and their business impact.
• Degree in IT, Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of IT standards, controls, and governance.
