About the role

The Manufacturing Execution System [MES] Product Owner for Health defines the strategic vision and roadmap for the Reckitt’s MES platform [based on Korber Pas-X], ensuring alignment with the organization’s operations digitalization strategy. This role drives business value by building purpose fit MES capabilities, cultivating strategic vendor relationships, and overseeing the full product lifecycle from ideation, deployment to continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Builds MES strategy and defines features in line with operational goals and compliance 
standards .
• Owns the MES product vision, strategy, and roadmap to manufacturing, quality, and
broader supply chain teams .
• Ensure s MES scalability , dee p inte gration with but not limited to ERP, PLM, and shop -floor 
systems and regulatory compliance.
• Develop business cases for investment , publishe s and tracks value realization .
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for MES projects.
• Monitor MES performance and user adoption, driving continuous improvement.
• Engage with vendors and m onitor industry trends for solution upgrades to enhance MES 
capabilities .

The experience we're looking for

  • MES Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Deep expertise in regulated industry specific MES architecture and deployment.
  • Vendor Management: Experience with Korber Werum Pas-X.
  • Financial Acumen: ROI modeling, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Data Analytics & KPIs: Ability to leverage MES data for strategic decisions.
  • Industry 4.0 Knowledge: IoT, AI, and cloud-based MES solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment (CFR21, ISO and other) is an added bonus

The skills for success

  • Experience in high-speed batch processing and packaging operations. Ideally in CPG / FMCG industries.
  • Data first strategic thinking and vision-setting
  • Expert in problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Strong situational leadership and influencing / communication skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach
