Product Owner (AI)

The role

• Collect and synthesize feedback from end-users, customers, and stakeholders; transform insights into concrete requirements solving critical defense problems.
• Formulate AI development strategy aligned with company goals; maintain and refine prioritized backlog based on evolving business needs.
• Conduct regular grooming sessions, create Jira issues, and coordinate development priorities across the Product Management team.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, and data science teams to define testing criteria; identify and mitigate risks including ethical and compliance considerations.
• Bridge gaps between engineering, leadership, and operations through clear communication in high-uncertainty, high-impact environments.

What they are looking for

• 3+ years as a Product Owner with 3+ years of hands-on AI domain experience.
• Agile proficiency in multidisciplinary engineering teams with deep familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and backlog management.
• Experience in product/system validation and flight testing processes; strong problem-solving and resilience in ambiguous, mission-critical contexts.
• UAV domain knowledge preferred: understanding of airframe design, propulsion, avionics, and control systems.
• Fluent English; excellent communication bridging technical and operational stakeholders.
