You will play a pivotal role in scaling our presence efficiently, reducing acquisition costs, and working with high autonomy within a dynamic, startup-like tribe.   👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Performance Marketing Manager - Netherlands at Qonto, you willManage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns (primarily Meta, with TikTok/Snapchat) to drive direct customer acquisition. • Achieve ambitious growth targets, helping Qonto to grow in the Dutch market. • Oversee a large budget, focusing heavily on efficiency and reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) . • Collaborate closely with the Netherlands tribe on strategy and with central teams (Design, Growth Ops) for creative assets, tracking, and data analysis. • Explore and potentially manage media awareness and programmatic campaigns to further support the market's growth.   🤔 What you can expectMarket/Team Context: Join the Netherlands tribe, operating with a "pirate spirit"—a startup-like environment within the scale-up where you will have high autonomy and flexibility. • Methodologies: Focus on efficiency and optimization in 2026, building on the proven acquisition potential established in the previous year. • Integrate closely with a dedicated team: (20 people) to truly understand the market. • Mentorship: Benefit from the guidance of senior leaders in the Acquisition team while operating independently in your daily tasks. • Tools: Work with best-in-class performance marketing tools for Search and Social, supported by our robust Growth Ops stack.   🤝 About your future manager  You will report to Guillaume Robine, our Lead Acquisition & Media Awareness,   Guillaume is a true expert in the DACH market with a strong multicultural background. Bilingual in French and German, he has been based in Germany since 2011. He joined Qonto in 2022 as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager and quickly evolved to become the Team Lead for Performance Marketing. Before Qonto, he honed his skills across various industries.   🇳🇱 About Georg our Managing Director for the Netherlands His path: With 15+ years experience in strategic, commercial and operational roles across consumer goods, consumer tech and fintech,    Georg has previously set up and run business across Europe, leading teams 20+ in both global and local market settings. What he brings: Georg provides strategic direction and supports his teams to build plans and deliver them successfully, using his broad perspective and experience to coach his team in breaking down problems and coming up with pragmatic solutions.     🏅 About YouExperience: You have expertise in Search Marketing (managing significant budgets) and Social Media Marketing (mastery of Meta is required; TikTok/Snapchat is a plus). • Language: You speak Dutch to a C2 level and are fluent in English. • Mindset: You have a true "startup mindset" you are highly autonomous, flexible, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done in a fast-paced environment. • Multifaceted: You are a performance marketing Swiss army knife, comfortable managing multiple channels and adapting your strategy as the market evolves. • Interest: You have a strong interest in Fintech and an ambition to build a career in this industry (previous Fintech experience is valuable but not required).   At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist.
