Join our Risk & Compliance department as an Internal Controller - Tech to support Qonto's strategic evolution into a Credit Institution.
As an Internal Controller focused on the Data & Security team, you are a key member of our Internal Control system and accompany the development and execution of the Internal Control Plan on the Tech operations.
👩💻🧑💻 As an Internal Controller, you will: • Regularly review and improve our processes, ensuring that Qonto offers a stellar product to its clients while becoming a bank;
• Work closely with our data, security and tech teams - for all our markets.
• Ensure the right alert systems are in place; • Ensure data governance framework are consistent with key regulations; • Ensure IT security compliance.

Charlotte brings over 4 years of experience in IT risk consulting at KPMG, where she specialized in technical audits and IT risk management. She also has a strong foundation in internal audit and compliance from earlier roles in both the public and private sectors. Since May 2024, she has been contributing to the internal control framework for Tech & Product teams at Qonto, gaining deep fintech and regulatory expertise along the way. What can she bring to you? Charlotte is known for her structured, hands-on management style, high standards, and ability to foster trust with technical teams. She offers a structured mentorship approach that emphasizes autonomy and continuous learning, supported by deep expertise in fintech regulations. Her strong relationship with technical stakeholders will help accelerate your learning and integration into the team. You'll also benefit from a solid team setup, with hierarchical support from Guillaume, Head of Internal Control.
🏅 About You
• Experience: You already have + 4 years of experience in IT audit/control or consulting. A previous experience in a banking or insurance sector would be a definite plus; • Communication: You can synthesize information from a variety of sources and communicate the key points to other teams with detail and simplicity; • Analytical mind & rigorous: You are a fast learner with strong attention to detail. You have good analytical and quantitative skills to quickly elaborate on key findings and propose processes improvements; • Languages: You are fluent in English. Another European language (French, Spanish, Italian, German) is a definite plus;
