Senior Product Designer

At PVcase’s Ground Mount team, product managers, designers, and engineers work closely together to accelerate the transition to green energy by providing our customers with software that helps design high-performing and economical photovoltaic (PV) parks. Your role in the team would be to foster shared understanding of users’ needs and help shape the product in a direction that helps serve those needs while also serving business goals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product functionalities that are proven to be well-designed.

• Own and drive improvements of user experience and business metrics.

• Conduct research and usability tests by having frequent touchpoints with PVcase’s users.

• Analyze the impact your design initiatives had to end-users and communicate these findings to the wider product team.

• Create various design artifacts, such as wireframes, users flows and prototypes to make informed product decisions.

• Be the voice that educates the organization on best UX practices and maintains high design maturity standards.

• Continuously look for opportunities to improve the way PVcase design team works.
