The role

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Proximie's "Data as a Product" initiative: from value proposition and monetisation model through commercialisation and market launch.
  • Define and manage the strategic roadmap for the data product portfolio, balancing data scale, depth, cleanliness, and commercial usability.
  • Lead development of monetisation strategy across multiple buyer segments (medical device OEMs, pharma, healthcare providers, insurers) including data licensing, analytics subscriptions, and embedded analytics partnerships.
  • Partner with data science, ML, and engineering teams to translate market requirements into feasible, high-quality data product specifications aligned to commercial milestones.
  • Act as senior internal voice on data commercialisation and represent Proximie credibly with prospective data partners and customers.

  • 5+ years of product management experience in healthtech, analytics, or AI/ML with proven track record building revenue-generating data products.
  • Deep expertise in data monetisation models: data licensing, insight/analytics subscriptions, embedded analytics, and pricing for intangible products.
  • Ability to define and validate clear value propositions for diverse buyer segments including OEMs, insurers, providers, medtech, and pharma businesses.
  • Understanding of healthcare operations and performance metrics: OR utilisation, revenue cycle, care quality, clinical and economic value drivers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
