The role
- Own the strategic vision and roadmap for Proton Pass, Proton Authenticator, and SimpleLogin—products used by millions globally.
- Drive product innovation by developing game-changing features that expand value to new segments and increase defensibility in the privacy market.
- Define success metrics (active usage, engagement, retention, revenue) and own their delivery end-to-end from conception through launch.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, growth, data, and design to align vision with execution.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform strategic decisions; anticipate growth ceilings and define scaling strategies.
What they are looking for
- 6–10 years of product management in B2C or B2B SaaS, ideally in privacy and/or productivity contexts.
- Proven track record launching successful products and major features in fast-paced environments with commercial success.
- Strategic, analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to deliver on time and to spec.
- Strong customer empathy, user-centric approach, and unwillingness to compromise on standards.
