Product Manager – Partner Tooling & Hardware

The Product Manager for Partner Tooling & Hardware defines, develops, and improves tools and hardware that help certified partners install and maintain our systems efficiently and reliably. This role represents partner needs in product decisions, turning insights into requirements for a seamless experience across software and hardware. By simplifying tools and reducing installation time, the role strengthens system reliability, delivery speed, and partner satisfaction.

Scope of Responsibility


The scope covers both software tooling and hardware components that are essential to the installation and maintenance phases of our process control solutions. While primarily focused on tools and interfaces used by partners, the role contributes to the creation of a coherent and unified experience across all user types within our ecosystem. In a nutshell: You manage software tools and hardware components essential for installation and maintenance, ensuring a unified user experience.

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Act as Product Owner for partner tooling and hardware, translating needs into requirements and ensuring quality

delivery.

Product Management & Strategy

  • Develop a 12–18 month roadmap and long-term vision for partner tools aligned with business strategy.

Product Discovery & Partner Engagement

  • Lead discovery, validate needs through interviews and workshops, and translate insights into actionable solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Advocacy

  • Serve as partner advocate, align with internal teams, and ensure smooth communication across functions.

Continuous Improvement & Differentiation

  • Simplify interfaces, drive adoption, and benchmark against industry standards to maintain competitiveness.

Success Metrics

  • Higher partner satisfaction and usability scores.
