What You Will Be Doing:
What Success Looks Like:
What We Are Looking For:
Fintech & Payments Mastery: You possess extensive experience of Product Management, with a heavy emphasis on the fintech domain. You understand the lifecycle of a payment transaction, from checkout to settlement, and have navigated the complexities of card schemes, local payment methods (LPMs), or core banking infrastructure.
Navigating Complex API Platforms: You have a proven ability to dive into complex technical problems—such as Platform Architecture, Scalability & API Design—and solve them without losing sight of the broader commercial strategy as a Global Product.
Proven Technical Fluency: You have proven experience of working closely with Engineering teams, allowing you to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical feasibility effectively. You have spent 70% of time with Engineering counterparts.
End-to-End Ownership: You have a track record of taking complex, high-stakes products from discovery through to delivery. You are equally comfortable writing detailed technical specifications as you are presenting a long-term roadmap to executive stakeholders.
Analytical Rigor: You are fluent in using data (ex: BigQuery, Looker) & observability tools (ex: DataDog, Grafana etc). You know how to define success metrics for backend API systems (like latency, uptime etc.) and use data to identify key improvements that lead to massive scale.
Hybrid working - We offer a hybrid structure with a 3 days / week on site expectation, so you can strike the balance between office and home working. In addition to our 30-day holiday allowance, we also provide a work from abroad policy, enabling employees to work remotely for up to another 30 days per year.
Learning and Development - We offer a €1,000 annual budget to support your professional growth—because investing in your development benefits us all. In addition, we provide leadership cafés, on-the-job training, and other opportunities to help you grow your skills and thrive in your role.
