The role
- Own the adtech and monetisation roadmap end-to-end: opportunity discovery, experimentation, and rollout across the platform.
- Evaluate and improve current ad integrations to optimise revenue, user experience, and advertiser performance.
- Collaborate with game developers worldwide to understand monetisation needs and shape SDK improvements.
- Research the evolving adtech and monetisation landscape to identify strategic opportunities and strengthen long-term positioning.

- 6+ years of Product Management experience, including 2–3 years in adtech, programmatic, or monetisation (Google Ad Manager, header bidding, SSP, Prebid).
- Technical literacy: able to explain monetisation concepts to engineers and understand integration constraints.
- Highly analytical with comfort in experimentation, metrics, and data-driven prioritisation.
- Stakeholder operator who aligns engineering, product, and commercial teams to ship improvements.
- Strategic thinker who works in an agile, iterative way and validates ideas early.
