Role Overview

As Senior Product Designer at ParkBee, you will shape how drivers find, book and pay for parking, and how our own teams run a European parking network behind the scenes. You will lead design from first discovery to final delivery, across the driver experience and the internal tools used every day by operations, support and compliance, including AI-powered workflows.

You are a designer who turns ambiguous, highly technical problems into clear product logic and interfaces people enjoy using. You are excited by what AI can do for design, from rapid prototyping to experimentation, and you want to go beyond handing off designs: you want to contribute to the codebase of the flows you craft. You care about details and consistency, and it shows in everything you make.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading design from discovery to delivery for key parts of our product, from the driver experience to the internal tools our teams use every day

• Designing complex platforms and tools for operations, support and compliance, including AI-powered workflows

• Mapping how systems behave end to end: steps, states, interactions and edge cases

• Turning ambiguous or highly technical requirements into clear product logic and interfaces people enjoy using

• Building scalable UI and UX patterns that balance speed, usability and technical constraints

• Spotting bottlenecks in our processes and redesigning them so they work at scale

• Partnering with product management, engineering and operations teams to align on a consistent product logic

• Setting design direction and leading it across product squads

• Exploring new technologies, including AI and emerging tools, and turning them into ideas and new processes that go beyond what we do today

• Helping us grow and maintain our design system and keeping our experience consistent across app, web and internal tools

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products within Web, iOS and Android, with a portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership.

• Solid design fundamentals: user research and discovery to frame the right problem, and systems thinking to model complex flows, states and edge cases

• Data-led mindset: what you do is always informed and backed up through numbers

• Experience designing complex tools (such as operations, support, compliance or B2B platforms), and the stakeholder management skills to align product, engineering and operations teams and influence direction

• A hands-on approach to AI in design: you keep up with new tools and trends, use them for quick prototyping, benchmarking and experimentation, and are keen (ideally experienced) to contribute the flows you design directly to the codebase

• A high attention to detail and consistency, tangibly perceived in everything you craft

• Comfort and experience in explaining your ideas at both low and high fidelity, with quick turnaround

• Familiarity with video and animation tools, and the ability to enrich product flows with motion

• Fluent English; Dutch speaking is appreciated
