We are seeking a strategic and technically-savvy Product Owner to drive our B2B ICT solutions portfolio.
The role involves owning the complete product lifecycle from technical roadmap definition through development and commercial launch - while bridging engineering and business teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric products that achieve revenue targets and competitive differentiation.
key Responsibilities:
- own product roadmap and backlog for ICT solutions with direct P&L accountability
- define technical requirements and acceptance criteria and coordinate product initiatives across Sales, Technical/IT, Finance, and Legal teams
- translate business requirements into technical specifications and prioritize development efforts based on customer value and ROI
Go-to-Market & Product Marketing
- develop comprehensive business cases, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning for ICT products
- brief creative teams for product launches and create compelling value propositions
Qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2-3 years proven experience in product management, product ownership, or solutions engineering within B2B IT/telecom sector
- fluent in Romanian, English, and Russian (written and verbal)
- ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
