This role sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy, digital product leadership, and large-scale program delivery. The role requires leading a multi-year transformation program spanning multiple functions, platforms, and external partners, ensuring alignment between business priorities and delivery outcomes.Location: Prague#LI-Hybrid  (12 days/month in office)Key Accountabilities:Platform Strategy & Enterprise LeadershipDefine and drive the strategic direction of AskNovartis from MVP through enterprise-scale deployment.Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization across domains, ensuring focus on high-value employee journeys.Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term digital strategy.Enterprise Program Delivery & GovernanceLead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year program across multiple domains and delivery teams.Establish and run robust governance structures, including decision forums, escalation paths, and performance management.Ensure transparency on risks, dependencies, financials, and progress to senior leadership.Stakeholder Management & AlignmentAct as the primary interface to senior stakeholders across DD&IT, P&O, and Corporate Functions.Drive alignment, decision-making, and prioritization across competing needs and agendas.Build trust and credibility as a senior partner to business and technology leadership.Service Transformation & Value RealizationDrive transformation of services through automation, simplification, and improved user experience.Ensure measurable business value delivery, including efficiency gains, experience improvements, and reduced operational complexity.Embed value tracking and benefit realization into program execution.Cross-functional Orchestration & ScalingCoordinate execution across internal teams and external partners.Manage complex interdependencies across platforms (e.g., service management, HR systems, AI platforms).Ensure scalable operating model and consistent execution as the platform expands across domains.Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.What you will receive:Monthly pension contribution matching your individual contribution up to 3% of your gross monthly base salary; Risk Life Insurance (full cost covered by Novartis); 5-week holiday per year; (1 week above the Labour Law requirement) ; 4 paid sick days within one calendar year in case of absence due to sickness without a medical sickness report; Cafeteria employee benefit program – choice of benefits from Benefit Plus Cafeteria in the amount of 17,500 CZK per year; Meal vouchers in amount of 90 CZK for each working day (full tax covered by company); transportation allowance; MultiSport Card.
