In this highly visible leadership role, you will define and lead the strategy for artwork systems, innovation and supplier management & act as the business owner for the Global Artwork systems landscape ensuring their stability, compliance and continuous evolution including roadmap definition, prioritization and governance. Working in a complex, cross-functional environment, you will connect business, technology, and external partners to enable reliable, efficient and forward-looking artwork operations that ultimately protect product quality and patient safety.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute global strategy for artwork systems, innovation, and supplier managementAct as global business owner of critical artwork systems, ensuring stability, compliance, and performanceLead governance and relationship management with global artwork suppliers and key stakeholdersEnsure compliance with regulatory, quality, and commercial requirements across artwork processesDrive alignment and standardization of global artwork processes and supplier servicesOversee end-to-end lifecycle management of artwork systems and related business applicationsLead cross-functional initiatives to enhance artwork operations, systems, and service modelsManage change portfolio for artwork systems, including prioritization, approvals, and implementationMonitor service performance through key performance indicators and drive continuous improvementAct as escalation point for artwork system, process, and supplier-related issuesEssential RequirementsUniversity Degree in Information technology, business, quality, compliance, regulatory or supply chainFluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an advantageProven experience in artwork management, regulatory operations, supply chain, quality, digital platforms or related pharmaceutical business functions within a regulated environment.Experience as a business owner, product owner or governance lead for enterprise platforms and digital solutions is considered a strong advantage.Strong expertise in regulatory requirements and best practices for pharmaceutical packaging artworkDemonstrated experience in supplier relationship management, strategic planning, and global project deliveryExperience working in complex matrix environments across global organizationsCross-functional collaboration experience across areas such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and MarketingRewardsAt Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen.Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 195.700,00 - 363.400,00 PLNThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.The rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
