You will act as a partner to business and technology stakeholders, using design-centered methods to solve complex challenges. This is a full-time and permanent position.

About our team

Meet our design team. Our role is to create intuitive, customer-centered digital experiences across platforms and communication channels.

You will lead problem-framing efforts, facilitate design-thinking activities, conduct user research, and design complex digital workflows and graphical user interfaces that fit within an existing platform information architecture. We embrace co-design, user research and continuous innovation, and we support one another by sharing knowledge and growing together.

Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with us.

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Lead problem framing and turn complex challenges into clear, well-defined design opportunities.
  • Plan and conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate insights into customer-centred solutions.
  • Facilitate co-design workshops and design-thinking activities with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Design complex digital workflows and graphical user interfaces aligned with the existing platform information architecture, design systems, accessibility  and inclusive design principles.
  • Ensure high design quality and a smooth handover of design documentation and rationale, while mentoring junior designers and supporting stable software delivery.

Who you are

This is the right role for you if you are collaborative, take ownership of design quality, are passionate about solving complex design challenges, and have the courage to challenge the status quo. You communicate clearly, work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, and bring a structured and persistent approach to problem solving.

Your background and skills include:

  • Strong user-research capabilities, including selecting appropriate methods, conducting research and analyzing research data.
  • Professional proficiency in UX and UI design, prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch, design systems, accessibility and inclusive design.
  • Strong co-design, workshop facilitation and design-thinking capabilities.
  • Professional-level written and spoken English, with a BSc in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science or a related field.

It would be ideal if you also:
