Head of UX

The role

• You own UX end-to-end — strategy, vision, and execution across Nexthink's digital employee experience platform.
• You manage and grow a team of designers and researchers, setting quality standards and process.
• You partner with Product and Engineering to turn complex IT telemetry into intuitive interfaces for enterprise IT teams.
• You own the design system and enforce consistency across all product surfaces.
• You represent UX at leadership level, making the case for user-centred decisions in roadmap trade-offs.

What they are looking for

• Proven experience leading UX teams in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong portfolio showing complex data visualisation or analytics product design.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels — you set the vision and can still critique a flow.
• Track record of close collaboration with Product Management and Engineering leadership.
• Comfort working across international offices in a fast-scaling organisation.
