Product Manager (Digital Markets Infrastructure)
Join our team and help us build the future of financial services on blockchain technology. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge products and services that will transform the way we interact with financial markets. DMI (Digital Markets Infrastructure) is an ambitious project: large-scale, complex and uses a range of blockchain architecture patterns, with numerous stakeholders (internal and external) and use cases. The work is focused on the tokenisation of financial instruments, i.e. as digital assets. We seek candidates with an interest in the financial markets with experience of working on large projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing product development for a suite of new infrastructure solutions and capabilities, as well as contributing to the development of LSEG’s brand and ecosystem in Digital Assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Capital Markets, Post-Trade, and Data & Analytics, as well as relevant functions, including Sales and Account Management, Strategy, and Technology to develop and innovative and market-leading products for our clients.

Role Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for user-facing financial services experience, with a strong focus on building regulated products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class financial tools and services.
- Feature Development: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-release optimization.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs for user experience and product success. Use data analytics and customer feedback to iterate and improve product offerings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all user experiences are aligned with financial regulations and data privacy standards.
- Develop knowledge of blockchain & web3, capital markets and digital assets trends relevant to the components and capabilities they are responsible for in the traditional financial use cases
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of fintech and UX trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate our product offerings in a competitive market.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Product Manager or a similar role ideally in financial services
- Extensive professional experience in product design & development in financial services
- We are looking for candidates with a background in post trade services in the clearing, settlements, asset servicing or collateral management areas.
- Experience working at or exposure to CSDs (Central securities depositories) or post trade infrastructure products would be a plus.
- Delivery focused: Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver high quality products that deliver tangible value to users on time and on budget.
- Awareness: Commercial awareness and knowledge of financial services, financial markets and market structure, as well as the unique challenges faced by regulated players in the financial sector is desirable
- Communication: Excellent communicator who can interact with product teams, architecture, engineering teams, QA testers and UX designers.
- Vision and creativity: Ability to foresee roadblocks, conceive intelligent solutions and contribute innovative ideas, as well as manage change and ambiguity effectively and confidently in consultation with the relevant stakeholders.
- Innovation: An interest in new technology and the ability to conceptualise and work with early-stage ideas
- Leadership: Ability to lead ownership of deliverables and work with stakeholders across the business to progress and achieve the relevant goals to ensure development, deployment & delivery is successful
Skills
- Strong expertise shaping product & operational design, business requirements capture, technical requirements creation as well as established product methodology
- Strong experience leading product design as well as agile delivery & execution, and understanding of the product development life cycle and agile processes
- Experience with Jira and other project management tools
- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis techniques
- Experience with technical writing and documentation
- Experience working in post trade, post trade operations, settlements is desirable
