Lead Product Data Scientist

The role

• Be the dedicated analytical leader for Zable app (1M+ users on iOS/Android), owning the entire experimentation lifecycle from design through recommendation.
• Develop and maintain key product metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that surface user behavior, app health, and business performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into user segmentation, lifecycle patterns, and build predictive models for churn risk and uplift to inform product decisions.
• Challenge assumptions and shape strategic roadmap discussions by translating complex findings into clear business recommendations for Product, Growth, and Engineering leadership.
• Define and champion analytics best practices, standards, and methodologies across the growth analytics team.

What they are looking for

• 5+ years of data analytics experience in product-led or high-growth tech environments, with demonstrated expertise in A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
• Hands-on proficiency with dbt, SQL (high), and Python (strong), plus deep knowledge of data modelling best practices.
• Strong statistical rigour: you apply appropriate methods to ensure robust, reliable insights and can turn ambiguous problems into structured data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and product leaders.
• Experience building metrics, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure (fintech or financial services a plus).
