The role
- You own the product and technology vision end-to-end: modernizing engineering practices, architecture, and organizational design across Product, Engineering, Platform, and Data teams.
- You translate strategy into execution: establish predictable roadmaps, disciplined prioritization, and transparent partner commitments while embedding AI-native engineering as a core capability.
- You drive three strategic priorities: modernize product leadership and platform stability, evolve software/infrastructure/org design toward DevSecOps and AI-native ways of working, and increase innovation capacity by reducing operational friction.

- 10+ years technical leadership scaling digital-first, high-load B2B SaaS/PaaS environments with proven software architecture and infrastructure modernization experience.
- Track record transforming delivery models from traditional waterfall to DevSecOps, improving observability, incident management, and reducing technical debt at scale.
- Change leader with balanced, empathetic yet decisive style: able to realign teams, build internal and external stakeholder bridges, and guide companies through founder-led to management-team transitions.
