The Role

We are seeking a strategic and compliance-focused RG & AML Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Responsible Gaming (RG) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) products, covering both Crucial Player Protection (CPP) models and customer protection tools & limits.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of compliance, operations, engineering, and customer experience. You'll balance regulatory obligations with player protection and commercial realities, driving solutions that safeguard players while supporting sustainable growth.

You will thrive in this role if you can operate in a fast-moving, multi-market environment, delivering quick wins to meet regulatory needs while shaping the long-term roadmap for compliance innovation and customer well-being.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on player protection, customer experience, and overall customer well-being, while driving compliance innovation across multiple markets.

What you will do

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own and evolve Crucial Player Protection (CPP) RG & AML detection models.
  • Own RG customer tools & limits (affordability checks, deposit/play limits, interventions, time-outs, customer journeys).
  • Adapt models and tools to regulatory requirements across markets, anticipating variations while ensuring group-wide consistency.
  • Translate complex regulatory obligations into clear product requirements that balance compliance, customer experience, and commercial objectives.
  • Define and manage the roadmap, balancing urgent compliance needs with long-term product maturity and scalability.

Cross-Business Alignment

  • Partner with Compliance, AML, RG, Operations, Engineering, CX, and Commercial teams to design solutions that protect players while enabling sustainable growth.
  • Act as the strategic voice balancing compliance obligations with customer experience and commercial goals.
  • Lead prioritisation of competing compliance and operational demands, ensuring decisions are transparent and data-driven.

Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive phased rollout of models and tools, ensuring operational readiness, training, and process alignment across markets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and vendor partners to address dependencies and scalability gaps.
  • Automate manual workflows to reduce operational strain and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee post-release optimisation, ensuring product maturity before expansion.
  • Use KPI insights and operational feedback loops to course-correct quickly and continuously improve.

Detection & Data-Driven Development

  • Continuously refine CPP RG & AML model logic through data insights.
  • Monitor KPIs including detection accuracy, automation rates, intervention outcomes, and CX sentiment.
  • Partner with data and vendor teams to improve reporting and detection capabilities.

Stakeholder Coordination & Leadership

  • Build trust with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders through pragmatic, transparent decision-making.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to leadership.
  • Thrive in high-pressure environments with multiple compliance-driven demands.

End-to-End Delivery

  • Own product deliveries from requirements to rollout and optimisation.
  • Manage dependencies and risks, ensuring on-time and within-scope execution.

Your experience

  • 2–3 years' Product Management experience in regulated industries (gaming, fintech, payments, or financial services).
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex product initiatives from start to finish, coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, using KPIs to refine product decisions and interventions.
  • Flexible, pragmatic, and resilient, with the ability to adapt to evolving regulatory and operational contexts.

Strong Plus

  • Ability to balance compliance, commercial, and customer experience goals in product delivery.
  • Knowledge of Responsible Gaming and AML frameworks, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into product outcomes.
  • Familiarity with RG customer tools & limits (affordability, deposit/play limits, interventions).
  • Experience managing multi-market rollouts or cross-regional product launches.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, ideally in compliance or technology domains.
