Technical Digital Product Manager

Are you a technically strong Digital Project Manager with a passion for building scalable platforms and leading end-to-end delivery? We’re looking for someone who can combine product thinking, technical leadership, and hands-on execution to drive high-impact digital initiatives.

About the Role

As a Tech Digital Project Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of our digital platforms – from defining the product vision through to delivery, architecture, and ongoing performance. You’ll act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring solutions are user-focused, secure, and built to scale.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll balance strategic decision-making with practical execution, helping shape both what we build and how we build it.

Location – Home based in Poland (ideally Warsaw area, but flexible nationwide) with occasional in-person meetings (1–2 per quarter)

Key Responsibilities

Product & Delivery Leadership

• Translate business goals into clear roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans
• Lead sprint execution and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in an Agile environment
• Align user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives

Platform Architecture & Governance

• Define and oversee the end-to-end Drupal platform architecture
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Drive best practices and reduce technical debt

DevOps & Platform Performance

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Ensure platform stability, uptime, and performance
• Oversee incident management and continuous improvement

Drupal Ownership & Continuous Improvement

• Lead Drupal upgrades and modernisation initiatives
• Manage integrations, custom modules, and LMS platforms (e.g., Opigno)
• Ensure seamless upgrades with minimal downtime and zero data loss

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years’ experience in digital project management, software engineering, or technical architecture
• Strong expertise in Drupal and PHP ecosystems
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Acquia
• Solid understanding of APIs, scalable system design, and integrations
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA
• Strong understanding of performance optimisation and web security best practices
• Must be fluent in English

The potential base pay range for this role is 180,000 - 264,000 Zloty annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
