Role Overview

The Product Manager Sell-Out plays a critical role in shaping and delivering advanced analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the pharmaceutical and consumer health industries. This role combines strategic thinking, strong analytical expertise, and client-centricity to drive the evolution of sell-out offerings, transforming data into actionable insights and business impact.

Acting as a trusted advisor, the Product Manager partners with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, design innovative solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-value analytics that address complex market challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of sell-out analytics solutions and services.
  • Translate market trends, client needs, and data capabilities into scalable, differentiated product offerings.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, including new solutions, enhancements, and line extensions aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Support business case development and contribute to commercial go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as a trusted partner for clients, providing strategic guidance through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial and consulting teams to identify growth opportunities and maximize client impact.
  • Support client presentations, workshops, and executive-level discussions.
  • Lead the interpretation of sell-out data to uncover key trends, performance drivers, and growth opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biostatistics, Engineering, Economics, or similar).
  • Proven experience in analytics, consulting, product managementor data- driven roles within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Nice to have: Solid understanding of data processing and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, SAS and experience with data visualization platforms ( Tableau, Qlik)
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to operate in a client-facing, fast-paced, and matrixed environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach with high attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken and Native Spanish.
