We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of innovative digital platforms across web, learning, and event environments.

In this role, you will translate business vision into a clear product strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions that meet user needs, business objectives, and compliance standards.

You’ll act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners—driving collaboration and ensuring successful product outcomes from concept through to launch and beyond.

Location – Home based in Poland (ideally Warsaw area, but flexible nationwide) with occasional in-person meetings (1–2 per quarter)

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Translate business objectives into a clear digital product roadmap
  • Align product direction with user needs, analytics, and market trends
  • Continuously refine product strategy to maximise value

Backlog & Delivery Management

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery in collaboration with development teams

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies
  • Act as the key interface between business and IT

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee full product lifecycle (concept → launch → optimisation)
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation

Support & Operations

  • Manage tickets, bugs, and enhancements (JIRA)
  • Support efficient issue resolution

Compliance & Security

  • Ensure products meet regulatory and data protection standards
  • Collaborate with security teams to maintain robust systems

Technology Environment

You’ll be working with a modern digital ecosystem, including:

  • CMS: Drupal
  • LMS: Opigno
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure
  • Hosting: Acquia
  • Security: Imperva
  • Tools: JIRA, Vimeo, ActiveCampaign, SpotMe

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in Digital Product Ownership or Product Management
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and backlog management
  • Knowledge of CMS, LMS, and cloud-based platforms
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Fluency in English

The potential base pay range for this role is 180,000 - 264,600 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
