Product Owner / Data Modeler @ING HUBS Romania

The role

• You own and communicate the vision, roadmap, and objectives for ING data products and data marts.
• You turn business strategy and stakeholder needs into prioritized epics, features, user stories, and backlog decisions.
• You design and maintain business terms, data definitions, and conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• You work in a cross-border Agile squad with Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Data Governance Officers, and Data Quality Specialists.

What they are looking for

• You combine Product Owner or Business Analyst experience with hands-on work in data-driven environments.
• You understand data management, data warehousing, IT architecture, and complex enterprise data landscapes.
• You can create source-to-target mappings, validate data models, and explain them in business-friendly language.
• You bring solid SQL and database knowledge for analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• You communicate clearly in English across international teams, functions, levels, and geographies.
