What you’ll be doing

  • Translate customer problems and commercial opportunities into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with engineers on API‑based integrations, data flows and functional behaviour
  • Support the scaling of Open Banking products to new markets
  • Analyse customer behaviour, usage data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer insights and product data
  • Experience working in Agile teams with engineers and designers
  • Clear communication skills and strong stakeholder management ability
  • Experience with Open Banking or bookkeeping/accounting integrations
  • Exposure to international or multi‑country product roll‑outs
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g. PSD2 / PSD3)

What’s in it for you

  • Ownership of high‑impact Open Banking journeys used by entrepreneurs and SMEs
  • Work on products that matter, together with highly skilled professionals in a collaborative, agile environment
  • Growth opportunities towards senior product roles, product lead or broader Payments leadership
