This is a key, hands-on role for an experienced product professional who thrives in data-driven environments, loves working cross-functionally, and wants to see measurable impact from their idea.
How will you make an impact with us?
Own the vision, strategy, and execution of core product features, ensuring they deliver strong player engagement, retention, and monetization results.
Translate business goals and player insights into actionable product roadmaps and feature concepts, working closely with Production, Design, Monetization, and Analytics teams.
Deeply analyze KPIs, player behavior, and A/B test results to guide data-informed decisions and continuously improve game performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (Content, UI, Economy, Marketing) to ensure cohesive player experiences and smooth feature launches.
Drive excellence in product execution — from ideation and prototyping through live operations and post-launch analysis.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and player feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Champion the voice of the player, ensuring that business goals are achieved without compromising on fun or community engagement.
