The role
- Own the complete product roadmap for the CIP value stream, working with technical stakeholders to design delivery iterations and prioritize backlog items that maximize colleague value.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications; maintain and refine the backlog in close coordination with Agile Delivery Leads.
- Create and own performance dashboards, using data to identify waste and inefficiency; be the first point of contact for product questions and requirement clarification.
- Lead all Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinement, planning, retrospectives); report on progress vs. roadmap and escalate risks and blockers to the Head of Product.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate product launches, and mentor Associate POs as part of the wider Product Chapter.
What they are looking for
- Prior experience with Technology Infrastructure in support, delivery, or project roles; proven track record delivering infrastructure transformation programmes.
- Product management experience in Agile delivery teams, managing backlogs to prioritize and embed business value.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) and hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and product management frameworks.
- Customer-centric problem-solving mindset; ability to write clear business requirements for engineers and challenge the status quo.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders; demonstrable analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
