The role
- You own the end-to-end post-order journey — from order confirmation through delivery tracking, returns, and customer support touchpoints.
- You define and drive the product roadmap for post-order experiences, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and customer service.
- You use data and customer insights to identify friction points and prioritise improvements that directly impact retention and satisfaction.
- You collaborate with stakeholders across Flink's markets to ensure post-order flows work seamlessly at scale.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in consumer-facing apps or marketplace/e-commerce environments.
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable digging into funnel data, defining KPIs, and running experiments to validate hypotheses.
- Experience owning a product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders — engineering, ops, CX — around a shared product vision.
- Passion for customer experience and a track record of shipping user-facing improvements.
