We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Product Owner to design and scale our robotic conveyor system: Skypath

Your missions :

This role sits at the crossroads of software, robotics, and industrial systems, and requires strong leadership to drive both product vision and execution across multidisciplinary teams.

You will have direct responsibility for a software squad, working in agile mode, and indirect leadership of a robotics team (mechanics, electronics, embedded software)through a dedicated project leader — while remaining accountable for the entire product perimeter, priorities, and outcomes.

• Lead the software squad and robotics squad, and ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Define, own, and communicate a clear product vision, measurable outcomes, clear added value, fully aligned with Exotec’s global strategy
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap, translating strategy into realistic action plan for software and robotics teams.
• Drive end-to-end product coherence, from embedded software to higher-level integration layers and customer-facing functionalities
• Ensure synchronization with other Exotec products, anticipating and managing dependencies across teams.
• Represent the product in front of internal & external stakeholders, providing insights on progress, risks, trade-offs and needs.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales/Solution Engineering, and Marketing to ensure a flawless go-to-market and successful customer deployments
• Leverage customer feedback, market insights, and use data to continuously refine the roadmap and drive product discovery and improvement.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (robotics, software, mechatronics, industrial systems) or equivalent relevant experience.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• 7+ years of experience leading products, projects, and cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of delivering complex products.
• Strong experience in Logistic systems integration and commissioning is a strong added value
• Technical background, with good understanding of robotics and software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to large groups and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and problem-solving mindset, with the initiative to lead when new challenges arise.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to manage complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, working with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
