As Global Product Manager Ventilation, you will drive the strategy, development, and growth of Epiroc's global ventilation portfolio, helping customers improve energy efficiency, productivity, and sustainability. You will join and be part of our Marketing team and collaborate closely with Regional Business Managers, Customer Centers, R&D teams, and customers across the globe. You will be part of a fast-growing team, working in a global and dynamic context where ventilation plays an increasingly important role as mines go deeper. In this role, you will contribute to more sustainable mining and help create safer and healthier work environments for people underground.

 

Your mission
As Global Product Manager Ventilation, you will be responsible for the success and growth of the ventilation portfolio. You will identify customer needs, define the product roadmap, develop business cases, and lead initiatives from idea to launch. Together with colleagues across Epiroc, you will ensure that our solutions remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with market demands.

 

Your profile
You are curious, collaborative, and comfortable influencing stakeholders across a global organization. You enjoy combining technical understanding with commercial thinking and are motivated by creating value for customers and the business.

 

We believe you have experience in product management, product marketing, business development, technical sales, or a similar role. Experience from mining, ventilation, electrification, or other industrial environments is valuable. A relevant education in engineering, business, or equivalent experience is beneficial. Strong English communication skills are important.

Location and other
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. International travel of approximately 30% is expected.
